With over 15 years experience in the HVAC industry, Ryan is a key member of the AMP team. With a strong background in commercial and residential new construction, Ryan excels at building lasting relationships with both contractors and distributors. He credits his training skills and marketing support as major components of his success.

Sean joined the AMP team after serving as National Sales Manager and then VP of Residential Sales for one of the largest IAQ manufacturers in the industry. While he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience at the wholesale level, he finds the most satisfaction from training contractors. Sean believes in the importance and value of providing this service and enjoys bringing his training experience to AMP customers. Sean lives in the Jacksonville area with his wife Meg, and their four children.

Andres began his HVAC career at a national wholesaler as Product Coordinator. His corporate experience served him well as an independent rep in the field, where he excelled at training and support to both contractors and distributors. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Andres’ ability to connect with customers in his region has expanded AMP’s reach and ability to provide important resources to all contractors. In his free time, Andres enjoys the South Florida lifestyle and spending time on the water.

Nick cut his HVAC teeth as the Northeast Sales Manager for the IAQ Division of an Environmental company, finding success working with HVAC contractors and distribution channels. He then moved on to serve as National Sales Manager, helping to grow that company into the largest manufacturer of UVC/Carbon/PCO products in North America. He founded Value Oriented Sales (VOS) in 2018 with the idea of developing a Rep Agency that provided a technology forward approach. VOS was rebranded as AMP Strategic in 2024. Nick travels extensively throughout Florida, providing technical and sales training, both NATE and CEU certified. Nick is active with HARDI, ACCA, USGBC, ASHRAE and IAQA.

An Air Force veteran of more than 20 years service, Chuck partnered with AMP to coordinate sales activities and provide multi-faceted support to the team. Before joining forces with AMP, Chuck served as a Regional Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager to two of the larger IAQ manufacturers in the country. Organized and detail-oriented, he is committed to team and customer success. Chuck lives in Hobe Sound, Florida where he pursues his personal passions of family and sports.

Mike started his HVAC career in his family’s home-grown business 28 years ago. His hands-on experience served him well as he moved into the wholesale, and then later the manufacturing space. This wealth of knowledge and experience in all sectors of the industry has proven to be invaluable when Mike is training contractors or working directly with manufacturer partners. He lives in the Gainesville area with his wife, Kelli, and their three boys.

Tom joined AMP in early 2025 and brings a lifetime of experience, passion and knowledge to the AMP Team. Tom has worked on the equipment manufacturing side of our industry for years prior to joining the manufacturer’s rep world. Tom is an industry favorite and has a passion for helping his customers. He lives in central Florida and enjoys spending his free time with his family.

She values meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and turning conversations into effective solutions. Passionate about problem-solving and connecting with people, Alyssa brings energy, authenticity, and a service-first mindset to every interaction. Based in Tampa, Florida, she enjoys spending her free time on the golf course or soaking up the sun at the beach.
